This is our yearly reunion filled with fun and laughter. We also get your child's school forms filled out, enable children and family to learn about research opportunities and sign up for research participation.
Event starts at 10:30 am and goes on until 1 pm. Of course, the family can also spend time in the beautiful GIBBONS PARK before and after the event.

This is an open event for you to network for other families, meet and greet and have informal discussions and chats with your PENS team and CEDE team, take pictures with all of doctors and most importantly meeting with different vendors to learn what is new in the field of diabetes

Product Demo: 10.30 am to 1:00 pm

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
All we need is the child's full name so that we can match it with our medical records for school forms.
